It's almost Tae Kwon Do time again...college level, of course!

So most folks know that my oldest son participates in the James Madison University Tae Kwon Do club. I have the honor of being able to photograph this club and share those images with the club members. I wanted to add some of my favs from last year, because it's almost time for me to go back to JMU and see the new bunch of club members for this year! I can't wait to see the belt tests this year!

I am such a bad blogger....

I know, I know...blogs are about talking to folks...but I never think anyone cares to hear what I have to say...so I never say anything. It's probably a good thing that my original photo blog got deleted (because I was stupid) .... because my ramblings there are gone forever now HAHA! But I thought I would post that now about why there are so few words in my posts. Do you ever feel like your talking to the walls? That's kind of how I feel about my blog. I beg for comments, I feel. So few people even KNOW about my blog I guess. I don't use it for business advertising, I have a web site that I prefer to send client to for that. I use this blog just to show any new work I'm happy with...so other photographers can stop by and so I can keep in touch with my cyber friends.
I tried a blog previous to this, a more traditional about my life blog. Well, my life must be UBER boring, because I never had a comment on that blog AT ALL. As a matter of fact, that was the blog I was trying to delete when I accidently deleted this one two weeks ago. Duh. I have two blogger accounts, and that is a pain in the butt to keep up with!
So that's why I don't say much. Anyone else in the same boat?

PhotoWalk...Brunswick, Maryland

I participated in the first Photowalk - this one was in Brunswick, Maryland. It was an interesting day, and I decided to just go with the flow and capture whatever I wanted...not really work very hard to find "the shot". A couple that stand out from the day as better captures are here...I'm happy with them.

Just a few from my last family session....

What a fun family this was! I primarily wanted new faces for my website, and I got three! These kids were so much fun to work with, and I enjoyed playing with a new portable softbox for my flash too.
